BiLS have reached 4000+ volunteer hours!

The boys/bois of the BiLS have been busy. I am proud to say that as of February 2012 we have accumulated over 4000 hours of community service! That's 4000+ hours of sweat, set-up, take down, security detail, tabling and all around giving back. No words can describe how I feel in this moment as President of an organization that continues to strive to play a positive role in the world around it. Thank you to my club brothers, associate members as well as those who call upon us and allow us to serve. Cheers to the next 4000 hours!

Women For Children Fundraiser

The latest club volunteer opportunity turned out to be the most fun I have personally had while working that hard! The BiLS were in gear and work mode at the Women For Children Doernbecher Children's Hospital Fundraiser! We set up chairs, tables and even the decor.Tapped the keg, set up the bar and played stealth waiters during the raucus event. Hours were definitely earned at this event. Through all the sweat and toil we managed to truly enjoy ourselves in service. This event was a wonderful way to present ourselves to a new segment of the community and showing them the service in our hearts. Thank you club brothers boy justin and boy dominic for your hard work and poise under fire. We did the damn thing brothers!

BiLS nominated for 2011 Pantheon Of Leather Award

Bring on the shock, the awe and the thanks for BiLS Rose City's nomination for a Small Organization of the year Pantheon of Leather Award! Though we BiLS don't do what we do for applause ad accolades it is always a proud moment when the community around us notices our efforts and finds them worthy. I have been thankful to feel the excitement and interest from our local community and the community at large about the work of the BiLS.

Whether we win or not the mission and purpose of our organization remains the same...to serve and support our various communities through the bonds of brotherhood and the giving of our time. Congrats BiLS! And can I jusy say how proud of this club I am?

BiLS Social

Hello Bros and allies! Our first BiLS Social has come and gone but the warm fuzzy feeling remains. We appreciate all who came out to meet, greet and spend some time getting to know the boys/bois of the BiLS. The feeling of community and brotherhood permeated the air as all in attendance dined on delicious snacks provided by the awesome crew of the Weird Bar. We look forward to not only serving the community but getting to know those we serve as well, which is why the first BiLS Social will not be the last!

As always we seek to serve our communities with boy/boi pride and spirit, giving of our time and labor for the good of us all.

In boy pride,
Tobin Britton

Q Center Winter Gala

Hello Bros! I must say I had a very good time serving at the Winter Gala with you all last night! It is always good to get out and about with my club brothers and do what we do. I look forward to being able to focus now on the reason we founded this organization in the first place...serving our communities! I heartily believe that 2011 will shape up to be a fine year for the BiLS!

Way to go BiLS!

Houston we have reached 2100 hours and counting! Well I'll be...I am truly amazed and proud of my club brothers. What we set out to do we are doing...and then some! A small group of like minded boiys put their bodies where their heart was and we have continued in our short existence to answer as many calls for assistance that we are physically able...2100+ hours worth! It is awesome that the community has embraced us and supported our mission by calling on the BiLS when they are in need and it is awesome how often we have answered that call. This is what it's all about. So from your Alphaboy club brothers I say congratulations...thank you, thank you, thank you for all that you do and all that I know you will continue to do. Now all we need is a few more good boiys and we can do some major damage...all for the greater good. Keep on keeping on BiLS and I'll see you at the next meeting...set-up...tear down...Ball...walk...parade...car wash...lol whatever.

Amen, brother :)

It was great seeing all of us there in uniform. I think we gave the other guests of the restaurant something to think about.

I saw several of them actually paying attention to the presentations and awards. Their heads were nodding, they were smiling and they were clapping along with us!

I am so proud of what WE all have accomplished this year. And I look forward to what we will do in the future.

Thank you EVERYONE for your contributions to the success of the BiLS Rose City.

Boy/Boi Banquet Presentations

I must say that the first BiLS Rose City Boy/Boi Banquet and Presentations was a success! A few minor glitches here and there but those were no match for the feelings of accomplishment and brotherhood! A majority of the members and honorees were able to come out for a delicious dinner of fondue and thanks. Many man hours were performed so that each member could be presented several tokens of the club. Everyone seemed to be filled with the spirit of the evening. Doms and their subs came together to celebrate the hard work and inspiration of the club. I could not have been more proud and felt more honored and humbled to enjoy the priveledge of serving as President for the Boys/Bois In Leather Service!

Mamma Lynnda's Birthday Fundraiser Benefitting the BiLS

Wow! Mamma Lynnda's fundraiser for us was last night and it was a blast! After a few stops and starts in the days leading up to and even the day of, the show went on with a wide variety of performers. Due to last minute emergencies calling away several performers, yours truly who is deathly afraid of the stage I might add, was called to duty...and ended up doing two numbers. Tobin, club President also performed two numbers of her own as well as a duet with Associate Member Shell. Shell was the workhorse of the evening doing a total of four numbers. Mamma Lynnda did several outstanding performances. There were several other guest performers some of who include Sandman, Neo Theology and Red. Tobin got some mic time and introduced the BiLS members that were able to attend the show...Vice President Tommie, Secretary Justin (me) and Sergeant at Arms Simon. Tobin also gave a shout out to club brother Dominic who was in Chicago competing at IML. The boiys collected some much needed funds due to to the generosity of the audience. There are even donations being mailed in to the group by friends and supporters who were unable to attend the show. A great time seemed to be had by all. The BiLS members are extremely grateful to Mamma Lynnda for making us the recipient of her annual birthday fundraiser. So Mamma Lynnda...Thank you for all you do for us and happy belated birthday!!
