Tobin has served the community as Ms Oregon State Leather 2001 as well as the leather community as a whole as American Leatherwoman 2002 which afforded him the honor of traveling the country as well as abroad as judge, tallymaster, judges boy and contestant handler for numerous large and small titles. Vice President - Tommie

vicepresident@bilsrosecity.org

Tommie has been a member of the Leather community since 1996 when she finally found it online and six months later found it “real time”. She had been looking for it since she was a child; always pretending to be the one who was tied up, punished, and ordered about in hir childhood games.

Tommie began hir service to the community in 1998 when she was asked to run for Vice Mistress of Bad Girls and was elected. She has since served two terms as Secretary, one term as Treasurer, and is the current Chair of Bad Girls; and is a former Treasurer and current member-at-large of Blackout Leather Productions of Oregon, Inc. She is also a participating member of Portland Leather Alliance, The Rose City Discussion Club and a founding member and current Vice-President of Boys/Bois in Leather Service.

Tommie firmly believes that “we get back what we put in” She encourages everyone to contribute their time, talents, abilities, and assets. She believes in leading by example and since she has encouraged and supported others in running for titles she felt it was time to step up and offer hir services as a titleholder as well. So in 2006 she ran for and won the title of Ms Oregon State Leather. A friend recently gave hir a button that says, “Stop me before I volunteer again!” That hasn't stopped hir yet!

Secretary - Justin Britton

secretary@bilsrosecity.org

Boy Justin is relatively new on his journey into the queer and leather worlds but he burst onto the scene volunteering his time with Pride NW as secretary and Co-Parade Coordinator before he learned that service was his heart's desire. Since that time he's discovered his boy nature and is a collared boy to his Daddy, Tobin Britton (2001 Ms. Oregon State Leather, 2002 American Leatherwoman). As is customary in the Bloodfolk Clan that he is a member of, he gives of his time and serves his community currently as the secretary and a founding member of the Boys/Bois in Leather Service - Rose City and Treasurer for Blackout Leather Productions, the organization that produces the Mr. and Ms. Oregon State Leather contest. Along with service, he's discovered his passion for bootblacking and is enjoying the mentorship and advice from bootblacks in Oregon and California. When he's not volunteering with his club brothers, Justin loves to serve and play with his Daddy, play with his girl, Shell and do boots. He also enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing his bass, living out his racing dreams on his Wii and xbox 360, which is how he ended up as Mama’s Speedracer when he had the honor of being pinned into Mama Sandy Reinhardt’s Family. He wants to learn anything and everything that will help him grow to be the best boy he can be for his Daddy.

Treasurer - domboy

treasurer@bilsrosecity.org

My name is domboy and I have been involved with the BDSM community in some fashion for many years (whether it be curious bystander or active participant). Although I identify as a gay man I am accepting of all lifestyles and orientations. I can understand and appreciate them because it is the diversity they provide that makes our community as strong as it is. I enjoy being active in my community partly because of the energy I feel, but also because of the wonderfully wicked people I have met…you know who you are!

I am Mr. Oregon State Leather 2008 and also a member of my leather family, Bloodthorn. They have continued to be a source of inspiration and strength. Although life has many callings I am, by design, a leatherman, a boy to my Daddy and ready to be man in service to my community as well.

Sgt. at Arms - Position Vacant

Corpsman

Corpsman - Bridget

Corpsman - Simon

I was involved in the online SM community for a few years. I was involved in the origin of Pride Lafayette back in Indiana . I moved to the Portland area in May of ’07. After moving here I started a training contract with Sir. I have been in service to Sir for over a year now. I am currently a student at PCC studying automotive technology. I have wanted a way to get involved in the community along with giving back to it at the same time. I cannot think of a better way then the BILS.

Cadets

Cadet - boy bill

Born 1963 in the Pacific Northwest, graduated HS 1981, college in 95 after a tour in the Military which took me all over the US. I ended my time in the military and met my lifemate around the same time in Alaska where I lived for 18 years. Tired of snow and cold weather I returned to the Pacific Northwest to be close to my aging parents in '02. I've been out about being gay since leaving the military, which was the beginning of my BDSM exploration in 1985. I have a BA in Sociology with a minor in Social Work, am an ordained minister, and certified scuba diver. I enjoy hiking, gardening and serving others. I love arts and crafts such as making useful items like rune stones and jewelry and baking.

Cadet - boy kevin

Boy kevin is new to the BiLS and excited to be a part of this service organization. He has a master's degree which he uses daily which provides great satisfaction to himself and others. He on the other hand, identifies himself as a boy in his non-professional life. Boy kevin has been involved in another organization working with individuals with special needs and currently an organization that provides economic development to third world counties.

Boy kevin is here to enhance his submissive service oriented self.
